Eckbert Bauer
"The positions of the Lord of Coin and the Lord of Tax seem a bit redundant and should be consolidated." A few people have thought this, though not as many as Eckbert Bauer claimed when the position of the Lord of Tax came open again. Eckbert has never hidden his disdain of the portly Lord of Tax, Everard Böhm and has continued to claim this a few times in the ensuing years since the position was filled.
The position of the Lord of Coin is one that is in charge of the maintaining of coins that are so valuable and vital for commerce. He is also in charge of combating counterfeits from infiltrating the markets.
