Facial Features

Silark's face appears very hollow. His cheeks are sunken and his nose is crooked. Where his left eye once was, only a gaping hole remains and his right eye stares forlornly into the distance, as if remembering some horrific event.

Personal history

14 years ago Silark was engaged to a beautiful Jacobian girl about his age. Their Welding was nearly complete when a Chee-Atal was issued against his wife to be. As was customary, Silark countered the challenge. Only after did he realize who the challenger was. Silark was a fierce warrior, even then, but he was no match for the representative of Jahon Kli-Soon, first son of Jaco Jaklien Kli-Soon. After the duel he would learn that his fiancée was a past lover of the prince and the champion had been sent to publicly disrupt the ceremony before taking the young woman as his bride.
The combat did not go well and Silark lost his left eye. He refused to back down and the fight finally ended after every single one of his ribs were broken and most of his fingers fractured, all whilst his opponent remained unscathed. After their battle the challenger went to Silark's fiancée and took his place for the remainder of the ceremony. She didn't dare challenge him and no one in the crowd made any indication of resistance. This single event caused Silark to lose all faith in Jacobian society, women, and his own abilities.
Silark wandered Jacobia (Continent) for a year before going to the Chee States to try and start his life anew. No matter what he did, he could never bring himself to connect to his comrades like he had once before. He honed his skills the best he could, but couldn't get past the injuries of both his body and his mind. Silark found some solace in interactions with the Franzian (ethnicity) people, as they did not judge him on his now diminished fighting prowess.
One day he heard a Franzian (ethnicity) man telling a tale about the Fountain of Youth in a tavern. Silark decided to travel South across Franz (Continent) to the Southern Davaerian Islands (Continent), where the fountain was said to rest. He left within a week, but did not make it far before stumbling down a ravine and breaking both of his legs. On the 3rd day of lying in the cold winter rains, a monk of Sinal-Hama found and healed him. He begged the man to teach him the secret Sinal arts. The monk considered who he was and who he could become. He saw darkness and void within the man, but could see the fierceness of the love that void had once held. For the next 3 years the monk taught Silark the ways life energy could be manipulated. The monk did not teach him offensive uses of this ability, but the ease that they naturally came to him disturbed the monk.
Silark believed that the teachings he'd learned from the monk could benefit his people and convinced his teacher to come with him to the Chee States. Upon their arrival, they were ambushed by a group of 12 Jacobian (Ethnicity) defectors. Silark tried to fight back but the monk scolded him, saying that it was not the way for the Sinal-Hama to resist violence. The monk was struck down by an attacker and Silark once again felt the searing loss and emptiness he'd felt when his bride was taken from him. The sorrow within him was so great that it tore life energy from the men. Silark killed them in their weakened state and poured life into their failing bodies once more. These 12 were his first wolves, his Alphas.

Motivation

Silark seeks to fill the void that is his soul. He commands his wolves to bring him the finest food, best drink, and most appealing women. Even so he seeks more comforts and his scouts range across Franz (Continent) always looking for exotic means of appeasing their great master.
In recent years, Silark has set his eye on a new goal: the conquest of Jacobia (Continent). He wishes to personally strike down Jahon Kli-Soon and the every viewer at his Welding.
