Barbarian's Lament

Some call it a blessing, others a curse. All agree that it is the reason that WiP Haffun has thrived as it has though. Any creature that enters the area of the spell (a globe, at least of the size of the city), looses might in accordance to the amount of creatures it has killed in its life.

Effect

Creatures entering the effect area of the spell feel some of their vital essence leave them. Some creatures only forget a few spells. Others loose all atributes. PCs might loose levels & atributes.
