The Meili Trade Alliance

The Meili Trade Alliance is an interplanetary cargo transportation service; the only major company that deals between UNEM and MC. The company gets its name from the old Norse paganism. Meili was a god who is thought to be their god of travel. Many spacers of the Trade Alliance display a statuette or symbol of Meili somewhere on their ship; he is often portrayed as wearing a traveler’s coat and carrying a walking stick.

History

Started by The Van Waltz Family shortly after the Beijing space elevator was constructed, the Meili Trade Alliance was the first interplanetary commercial postal service, and to this day remains the most utilized, most reliable, and most profitable trade company in humanity's history.
