Reese has always been a servant of the people, fighting for the downtrodden and mistreated. After being detained during a violent OPA protest on Enceladus, he found purpose in helping the prisoners of Venus who opposed the rule of Dokko Feldman and his conglomerate of criminal gangs. Even after making contact with his old The Outer Planets' Alliance comrades, he vouched to stay on Venus to help who he could.
