History
Uhr’Hamar (Hammerwatch) was first built in 140 AC in anticipation to split off from the rule of Queen Branovia in Halkhurun. The city’s sewer system was once a long massive drainage system that belonged to Halkhurun. The sewers are actually much older than the city itself, being built in 2,369 BC, the stained filthy tunnels are 16,766 years old.
Architecture
The city is made from light-grey, somewhat white quartzite as well as many buildings and structures being crafted from zurkhwood and ebony. The city has the oldest sewer system in all of the Kammerstein and frequently has issues. This creates a miasma of filth that floats over certain sections of the city, especially the Ales. It is the only city to have a working port, the strange dwarven vessels are a marvel to behold if you can stand the stench of the polluted water.
Geography
Surrounding the Great Pillar, much of the city is built around the base and is hewn into the stone of this massive pillar of natural rock. The Great Pillar stretches all the way up to the ceiling of the Kammerstein.
