Thunderbird

the birds are solitary, only coming together to mate on remote islands. they are giant, a good 4 meter wingspan. they look like giant crows. they are all black with a white stripe from between the eyes and tapering between the shoulders. their song is shrill and carries over large distances. if you are ever out at see and hear a thunderbird's shriek, you better get yourself to safety. because a thunderbird only calls out to warn of a great storm brewing or a horrifying monster approaching.
