The Imperial Council

The Imperial Council is a combination of the Sovereign's Privy Council and the heads of proto-ministries that exist in Kazed. These officials often work with associates from the Conclave's Committee's to better serve the wider Kvukri communities.
The Imperial Council first existed as the Privy Council, which was a true council dedicated only with advising the reigning Sovereign. As part of the expansion and codification of the Sovereign's powers under Nimkay, the Privy Council was expanded into a true functional governmental body - the Imperial Council. While the Council would retain is function as the Privy Council, it would also form the basis for proto-Ministries to better aid the Sovereign in his duties in administrating the now well settled territories of Kazed.
Membership The effective head of the Imperial Council is the First Speaker, designated by Nimkay to be the one who officiates each meeting and organizes the flow of the meeting after consulting with the other members. Other members include: the Grand Marshall (the head of the Imperial Army), the High Admiral (the head of the Sovereign's Navy), the Grand Secretary (the head of the Secretariat that monitors the major flows of resources, drone production, etc.), the Speaker of the Houses (the official envoy to the Sovereign as selected by the Conclave for day to day work), the High Chancellor (head of the Chancellery which monitors internal disputes and security), the Sovereign's Head Biomancer (the head of Biomantic research under the supervision of the Sovereign), the Chancellor of Heraldry (head of the College of Heraldry, which retains the records of each Houses symbols and markers; it also deals with the creation of new Houses and officiating them into wider Kazed society) and the Sovereign's Surveyor (head of the Survey and Expansionary Corps, which is currently focused on charter out the rest of the settled clusters and the Tzamtzo & Tzayolikh clusters).
