He only titled his work that way because he felt threatened by my History of Hyrule. Outside of his inclusion of the unverifiable existence and indeed direct involvement of both the folk lores of various people as undeniable fact, Shorga has copied word for word my historical account of this land.Published in 433 PCE, the Greater History of Hyrule is a massive, 16 volume work written by Shorga Tarqeen. The work covers much of the historical and ahistorical events of the land of Hyrule , primarily from a Hylian lens.

A detailed history of the land of Hyrule, in order to better educate the diverse people groups within the land from a single reference document.

Predated in publication by the more historically confined The History of Hyrule, these two works are constantly debated due to their comparitive similarities both in tone, subject, and length.
