The Harker Project

on July 18th, 2022, the city of Jacksonville Florida was destroyed when a fight between two rival super teams got out of control. No one survived.   In an attempt to keep the government from cracking down on all superpowered people in the country, with an overreaching registration act called "never again," six of the top heroes in the country approached them with an alternative.   A school to train the next generation of superheroes. To make sure something like Jacksonville never happened again. To ensure they would be better than any who came before them.   While reluctant, the government agreed to the experiment and shelved the act until the results were in.   This is the story of the 4 years of the experiment. How it came to be, who was involved, the hurdled the students, and the project, had to overcome. Who finally graduated.   Did the government consider the experiment a success, or will they go back to attempting to regulate who can and can't use their powers?
