A Hero’s Departure

Translated from the Elvish by A Humble Bard
Oh brightest star
Where now do thee dwell?
Do thee dwell where all is well?
Do thee doth dwell in Autar’s Hall?
Is thy name on Glory’s Wall?

With thy bright mail and shining shield
Thou fought against unnumbered foes
Yet now we weep such woes

Yee greatest of the Dream
Yee who yielded not
Yee with eyes agleam

May thine hand grasp keenest blade
May thy breast bear fain
When thou riseth again
