After the Van Kan Family was asked to establish the city of Noorland, the family quickly rose to power and even became one of the 5 Heads of the Sea. The castle of Van Kan was founded to be the new home of the Van Kan Family. The castle lies in the most north western part of Antaauustret, the castle was constructed to be home to the family vault that is said to be home to one of the largest troves of treasure in Pangeria. Due to its location at the northern horn, the castle soon became a key port for trade in the north west.
