WEEK 1: MAKE A PLAN

If you have more than one world setting, which one is the most important to you right now? Why?

I plan to expand more on the Great Shift.

Which area of that world setting will allow you to achieve your goals (Continuing your novel/campaign, or starting a new one?).

There are 4 aspects on the Great Shift I want to work on.

• Races, Ethnicities & Cultures: I want to expand more on the people and the cultures that make up my world. Many of the races follow the typical structure of fantasy races. However, I believe their ethnicities and cultures will help the world seem more unique.
• The Land: While I have a baseline on the make up of the world, I want to go into more detail about each continent and the different important locations there.
• Characters: Dozens of characters have been established but who they are is still unwritten and in my head. I want to expand on the characters I have and add more that are planned out but not created on world anvil.
• Manuscript: While this will not help expand my world I want to continue to work on stories from throughout the world that I'm making into sort of a collection. This will also give backstory to some of the characters as they interact with the world.

How will it help you achieve those goals?

A lot of what I wanna do is already started but not gone into much detail. By doing everything I have planned I will expand on what is already established and allow me to move on after knowing everything is finished or close enough. Don't worry this all makes sense in my head.

Adding artwork for the land is my main focus. Artwork for the people is secondary.
