The vault-dwellers there... I was told they were a carefully selected group of scientists that can perfect Rebirth. If their loyalties lie with Vault-Tec, and there is no reason to believe otherwise, it won't be as simple as asking for Rebirth.

Purpose

The holotape will be found next to a skeleton wearing a labcoat in a professor's office in the ruins of Notre Dame University. The office is of bioengineering professor, Doctor Drew Alton. The raiders that have made claim to Notre Dame University will inform players that the science wing of the university - where Doctor Drew Alton's office is located - has been overrun with feral ghouls. The holotape gives the dying words of Dr. Alton and will give the location of the secrete Vault 31. Vault 31 houses Rebirth - a weapon capable of clearing nuclear waste.
