Frantically smashes keyboard
This world has been slowly dying over the past few months. I didn't even try to do summer camp this year, and my primary activity these days is making maps of a totally unoriginal world. In any case, I hope that this year for World Ember I can breathe life back into my fading world.
So:
This is what I'm gonna do. My main focus this year will be the Great Dream, specifically the sub-worlds of Ularr, Quantan, and the Sarlin Islands. My plan will be to write eight 1000-word articles featuring major elements of these settings and four 500-word articles to feature the four nations of Ularr.
Ularr

An icy tundra, scarred by war and strife. While its people spilled their blood in the snow the world itself orbits in a death spiral around a dangerous supernatural voidstorm.
Nastar (500)
A democratic nationalist country that has been on the downhill since its defeat in a recent territorial conflict.
Yatyan (1000)
The shared god of Ularr. While uniform in name, the meaning of "Yatyan" is as diverse and contentious as any idea in Ularr.
Silria (500)
Sinroshi (500)
An impoverished nation, too embroiled in internal conflict to participate in wider geopolitics.
Sorinia (500)
A complex bureaucratic state that has made recent breakthroughs in computer science and particle physics, giving them an edge that's effects are soon to be seen.

Humming cities and mighty technology. Quantan is the bastion of civilization and power in the void.
Heria City (1000)
The bustling capital of the Federation, where machines let humanity live in paradise. Yet nobody is happy.

Geography (1000)
The long island chain, stretching from one edge of the Void to the other has some of the most unique geographies in all of the Void.
The Sarlin Island Union (1000)
A powerful alliance that rules over the islands. Today it is stable, but Union stands atop a ricketty history.
Guilds of the Islands (1000)
Within the Islands, 13 guilds hold great power. Their "League of Guilds" hold almost equal power to the Union and governs all trade throughout the Islands.

Meta & Inspiration
Mood and tone have always been a scattered mess in The Great Dream setting. This year I aim to solidfy the world's asthetic a little through the science fantasy themes of both The Sarlin Islands and Quantan. These two regions, share a semi-sureal sci-fi fantasy asthetic that I aim to reflect on the rest of the world.
