In the distant future... in a world forever changed by the passing of a thousand-year golden age of exploration, where aliens and posthumans alike have spread throughout the galaxy...
The Sol system, formerly the birthplace of mankind, has enjoyed nearly fifty years of peace after casting off the false eschaton of the Saturnine Remnant. Though no planet has been the same, scarred by war and the use of ancient Dreamer technology, the people of Sol have made new lives for themselves and their families.
... but there are whispers from the outer planets. Stories of godlike machines waking from millennia-long slumber, of fleets moving in the dark beyond the reach of the UPSS... of a coming resurgence with new designs on the system...
However, this story isn't about any of that.
This is a story about a band.
