Fal'ial'kyaraka-ushunu
A Chorn smuggler who is in secret contact with Melios, asisting him in getting illegal ship parts and guns.
Fal, as he often goes by, is rough with those he trades with and has no qualms about screwing over others in a deal. However he follows Dishunl and cannot physically break a promise, even under threat of death.
