A Director is an organizational leader. They frequently employ surveillance tech and an enhanced perspective in conjunction with large numbers of minions in order to accomplish their task. They are rarely seen on the forefront of action, preferring instead to act by proxy via their followers. Directors have superior social skills, charisma, and command.
As much as everyone likes to complain about people in charge of them, Directors can be necessary for the long-term success of large-scale operations. What a Director brings to the table is the all-encompassing perspective. Good Directors know their people well, know their peoples' strengths and weaknesses. A good Director provides their people with good information, and good allies.
Individual Role: A Director is in charge of things. They command minions and assume control. They have strong social and information skills, and rely on others to accomplish other tasks for them.
Group Role: A Director provides support and organization to any team. The Director has the skills and expertise to identify the most important objectives and to encourage others to accomplish those objectives.
Societal Role: Every important project needs a good Director. Directors play a part in society as managers, leads, and executives in charge of organizations.
Advanced Directors: At higher tiers, a Director has a collection of minions to do their dirty work for them and powerful social skills that they leverage to their greatest advantage in every social situation.
