The Flooded Plains

Global warming lead to the inevitable melting of the polar ice caps. This significant event triggered what many people believed to be "the end of the world." It was, however, merely a blister in the skin that is the human race. Mountainous regions are fought over, and transportation is solely aerial or aquatic. All of Earth's regions are no longer united - reverting to a primitive and aggressive states that cause conflict frequently.   Tropical Storms, such as typhoons, hurricanes and cyclones, are the main natural threat of Earth. Their increased frequency and ferocity can wipe out the re-emerging cities effortlessly.   The main cities and kingdoms are found in:

Baylamtu, Africa.

This world is in a post-apocalyptic state, but is not suffering from nuclear fallout. Every person must fend for themselves and survival is harder than ever.
