Side effects it makes you less stealthy as you hum and sing to your self or other things. As it clears your nose and throat makes you more lightly to get something from the effected persons surrounding area. This could be from nature, poison or smoke.

A elf called Baylute Aparty of Iowrath a Wizard and Bard who liked making potions and experiment with different chemicals, substances, plants and namouras other items. Came up with a way to help him sing better. It took him about a century to get to this point before taking a few decades to perfect it.
