Timaheim
Timaheim, or at least that is what I would call it, seems to be a small settlement built around the mountain sides of northern Silva. The relics recovered from it date it back to around the early Elven civilisations, probably dating it just after Prehistoria ended.
It is a relatively uninteresting spot amongst the many wilder settlements of ancient Elvenkind, but it still holds elements of significance to my people's roots. What is interesting is how the city seems absent of many old maps, appearing to be either left out for a reason or never being part of the greater kingdoms.
The Gate to Nowhere
The oddest part is a gateway built at the center of the town, kept supported after millennia through what seems to be a type of tree branching through it. Carvings indicate it to be of magical properties, but it does not seem to belong to any particular dimensional door.
While the function of the gateway is lost, remnants of the design indicate an influence of Fae magic and conjuration magic, but yet it bothers me the gate's purpose seems lost. Was it to enter the Faelands? Was it to summon something? Was it a gateway to another city?
The weirdest thing is that upon analysis of the grounds around the gate, things seem to date back to several eras. Some of them even hundreds of years in difference.
There's something odd about it...
