Jolyne Sullivan is the tavern girl at The Lost Tale, a Tiefling who grew up across Silva's borders. People know her to be as friendly as she is terrifying for many reasons. From her horrifying visage to the skills she gained with her years before working at the tavern.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
A woman in her late 20s, short in posture with a little weight. Jolyne shows signs of her elven heritage through her pointy ears, but most of it gets drowned under her Tiefling blood. Two curling sheep horns decorate her well kept bun, while her hands show no signs of fingernails.
Facial Features
While the right side of her face is rather normal, Jolyne’s left side reveals her Tiefling heritage. She hides it with bandages wrapped around her head, covering it up when people are around.
Her mouth stretches over to where her eye should be, a mouthless gap big enough to cover her face’s left side. A dozen eyes move around freely within, unable to blink. Jolyne is not sure how many are in there, as they all function like a singular eye for her.
Apparel & Accessories
Jolyne is not one to wear fancy clothes, often seen in a green dress. As she is self-conscious about her hands, she wears leather gloves to cover up her lack of fingernails.

Employment
Before arriving in Old Iadell, Jolyne took upon herself chores across Silva, aiding families in things like farming or the household. Such jobs only lasted a few weeks or months before she moved on, either because of concerns about her demonic nature or her appearance.
For the last 8 years, she works under Balhorn Weimann in The Lost Tale as the tavern girl. Serving the guests, cleaning the tables and making sure orders get picked up.

Despite an optimistic look on things, Jolyne is very self-conscious about her appearance. Not just her demonic traits, but also other aspects of her figure. Whether it be how her hair looks to the way she stands upright, trying to appear proper wherever she goes.
Small comments on her looks can make her flustered, if not downright ashamed. What may start as noticing a little problem exaggerates in her mind to bigger flaws, only to run off in shame.

Jolyne speaks with a rather held-back tone, struggling to raise her voice. Only in a few rare moments does her tone get higher, usually in moments of panic or excitement. Otherwise, people have to double-check to hear what she said to begin with.
While she can get out of her words easily, she can struggle to find the right words. She can get half a word out before stopping and rethinking what she will say, correcting herself in the progress. In complete panic, she shuts down, trying to think what to say at all.
Too much of a precious bean. The tiefling heritage only adds to it than takes anything away. Who couldn’t like a demonic looking girl with a sweet personality?
