Route 602

Route 602 is very similar to Route 601 in that the denizen Pokemon are primarily non-aggressive species of Pokemon. This is because Route 602 and Route 601 used to be one combined area that was divided when the Mossy Glen Forest sprung up from the abandoned Berry Orchard in the region's earliest settlement attempts from the newly encroaching human population. However, the species of Shellos that can be found on Route 602 has a different coloration than the Shellos on Route 601.
From Route 602, it is a straight shot to Windmore Town. It is not uncommon to see Pokemon trainers having practice battles out here, as there is plenty of space to battle without disturbing wild Pokemon in the area. Disputes from the Pokemon Trainer's Club in Windmore Town are often settled out on Route 602 for this reason.
