Glimmercrest City

Glimmercrest City is the crown jewel of the Eternis region, and home to the world-renowned Cresselia Academy. Surrounded by the Glistening Sands Desert, Glimmercrest City sprung up around a sparkling oasis that is now a massive fountain located in the exact center of the city.  From the epicenter of the fountain, there are four massive districts for travelers to explore.
The Opal Ward is the city's residential district and Shopping Arcade.  Many locals prefer the small stores and bodegas for their day to day wares.  If you know where to go, you could enjoy some of the local specialties, such as the Cake of Rage--Magikarp shaped pastries filled with red bean paste.  However, many tourists inevitably flock to the city's Casino and Pachinko hall.  To be fair, so do the locals.  There is a special mystery prize that is reportedly swapped out as the seasons change, so get yourself a Coin Case if you want to find out what it is.
The Selenite Ward is a more upscale district full of high end stores and restaurants.  The Glimmercrest Department Store serves as a convenient option for all Pokemon-related goods and services. Bargain hunters will love the surprise rooftop sales, so be sure to stop by often to get the best deal.  Or try out one of the many Battle Cafes in the area.  If you prove your worth, you could have your entire meal comped, or win some rare cooking ingredients.  It also features a massive contest hall, where the Master Rank contests are held. It is also where the Rainbow Ribbon League Tournament-Style Contest is held. Berry shops, poffin bakeries, prop stores, and photo studios can easily be found for the Contest Idol in the making. Be sure to film your trainer video if you're looking for a claim to fame!
The Labradorite Ward is where the Glimmercrest City Pokemon Gym is located.  Felix, the resident Gym Leader, is only ten years old and is already a master of Psychic Type Pokemon.  Even experienced trainers hesitate to challenge him, and are a bit put off by his aloof, serious nature.  The Glimmercrest City Gym works closely with the Cresselia Academy as well as the Eternis Pokemon League to ensure the safety of all of Eternis's inhabitants.
Finally, the Moonstone Ward is entirely encompassed by the Cresselia Academy.  The school is so massive it takes up a full quarter-size of the city's total landmass.  Academy students find it easy to come and go from campus grounds to the different wards within the city.  Many trainers regard Academy students with envy, as those chosen few are regarded as the pinnacle of their respective fields--the best of the best, the ultimate Pokemon prodigies.  Cresselia Academy used to be open to visitors, but recent safety concerns has resulted in the school closing its gates to anyone who isn't a student or a member of the faculty.
