Albert Harisson

An excentric explorer who has long since disappeared.

Albert Harisson

A Life

Albert Harisson was a famed explorer and historian, known for descending into dangerous locations to unearth ancient mysteries. He's been inside the pyramids in egypt, been stabbed by a trap in the Amazons, and decrypted histories long shut in Aztec temples.

His excentrics and writing style gained him no end of fame. Throughout the 1910s and 1920s he was seen all over the world in speakeasies and parties from Chigago, to New York, to New Orleans. He's dined with politicians and mafiosa alike, such connections then gave him the means for greater funding. This created a feed-back loop until he made enough renown and contacts to finally go to one of the few places most dont dare go; The Arctic.

The Final Expedition

Before the turn of the decade he dissapeared while on his first expidition in the arctic. The government sent a few search parties but a few fell victim to poor planing and the brutal cold. After the third party returned with frosbite, bite wounds, and half the party suffering a terrible case of mania, the government deamed it too dangerous to continue. To this day the fate of Albert Harisson is unknown, but he is presumed dead.

The After Effects

His dissapearance did not cause mourning as much as it caused excitement or facination. They never found their bodies, supplies, or even the boat they sailed on. This has led many to believe that he found something. This has inspired some to try to go after Albert inspite of the difficulty and danger.
