The Shining Lily

The Shining Lily is one of the most well-known premium Hotels in Nightwell and the owners also have locations in Eternity's End as well as Rarith. However, the most prestigious one is still The Shining Lily and has become the home of many aristocrats, ambassadors, diplomats and other figures with a high amount of coin to spend on lodgings. Some of their most famous guests include Eric Oakheart, the leader of the Order of the Fury and his entourage when they were on a visit from their headquarters in Berrafyl.

One of the ways that they distinguished themselves when they started the hotel was with food that was among the best you get in Nightwell. They have a ridiculous amount of chefs working when in comparison to any other Inn or Hotel in the city. The buildings themselves take up a lot of space and are divided up into different houses.

Architecture

The dining hall

The first house is the grandest and biggest of them all, its walls decorated with beautiful marble and granite. It stands over 15 meters tall and if you head inside through the enormous gates you will first enter a reception hall as big as most smaller taverns. In the entry hall, you have countless armchairs and leather sofas that in combination with the lighting create a stunning atmosphere. During big festivities, this room is also transformed into a mingling zone filled with countless appetizers in the form of drinks, spreads of many sorts and company for the night to come. Once the feast begins the guests of the Lily is invited into one of if not the largest restaurant on the entire continent. People come from all over just for the world-class food served at this fine bistro. It is also common for high seated nobles with deep pockets and large vaults of gold to hold weddings and the like on the hotel grounds.

The mansion

The second house is not as large inside but has a large backyard connected to it. This house is known as "the mansion" and is by far the most luxurious place to stay in, to begin it is configurable to accommodate anywhere between 2 and 100 people. Depending on the guests' wishes and choices the mansion can cost upwards of tens of thousands of gold pieces, although gold pieces are rarely used as a currency for purchases this large. When the current king and queen of The Trithian Dynasty got married they stayed here for over 2 weeks which many speculate have costs reaching into the 100s of thousands of gold, most likely paid for with work and extraordinary gems from the southern mines.

The "lesser" houses

The three other houses on the properties are all extremely luxurious compared to the places most travellers could afford but are still nothing compared to the mansion's services. The guests that stay at the hotel for their entire stays typically spend around 20-100 gold a day per person counting all meals and the rooms. There are also more expensive suites somewhere in between the mansion and their typical rooms and that is where they make most of their profit from.
