Troy is a hunter, reportedly living in a small settlement south of the Steelyard. He comes into town occasionally to sell the meat and game that he has hunted. He has a distinctive appearance and smokes heavily. in 2120 he kidnapped chef Roberto and Luis de Satre (aka Mr Creosote). The two were rescued in a deal made by Viv and Charlene.
