Sacchi one of the few Yuxie residents of Shiloh Village, has gone missing. Left with few options, her mother, Jeanne, enlists Abeo and his friends to help find her.

After being suckered into a losing bet by the resident loan shark, Sophita, Jaye asks Abeo to help him prove his innocence when the Shiloh militia comes after him about stolen goods.

Members of Thunderclap come to Abeo to issue him a former challenge by their leader, Tobias, seeking to stop his meddling in Thunderclap's affairs once and for all.

After narrowly escaping the pack of Skrali that interrupted their duel, Abeo and Tobias must now work together if they want to survive the night.

Aware of the roaming tribe of Kobolds approaching Shiloh Village, the residents must put aside their differences to work together and defend themselves from this looming threat.

Flashback to Abeo's time at the Shiloh Orphanage.

Multiple people in Shiloh Village are turning up missing. When Cecily joins their numbers, Abeo and friends must make a risky decision that will affect the future of Shiloh Village going forward.
