What are Guilds?

In a world where power in the world is spread out and open to the people, the rise of unions where people join together to handle their own problems and help protect and provide for each other led to the creation of guilds: specialized groups formed for the purpose of handling a specific action or goal. Each guild is led by a Guildmaster and after evaluation of their deeds and assets, is ranked from E to S rank.

Types of Guilds

With the rise of guilds, there came many different kinds of guilds, all hoping to fill a certain hole left in the world, all determined to fulfill a certain goal. With all of the chaos of classifications, six specialized kinds of guilds came out on top:

Slayer Guilds:

Guilds specializing in fighting, ranging from local brigands to terrifying monsters in the world.

Magus Guilds:

Guilds focused on everything magical and handle magic related problems where they occur within the Earthly Realm. Often find themselves pairing with other types of guilds for joint missions.

Courier Guilds:

Guilds specializing in escort and delivery missions, known to mostly serve as bodyguards or hired muscle.

General Guilds:

Guilds that less focus on specialization and moreso market themselves as jacks of all trades, taking on missions that don't fall into any of the other categories. On occasion they are often found serving as backup for joint missions with other guild types.
