A once famous Bijoutaurus man whose power was rumored to rival that of the Great King of the Plains himself. His arrogance got the better of him and he lead one of the only challenges Cambeulach has ever seen for the crown. Though he failed, he secretly led a sect of his followers to attempt to assassinate the Great King in his sleep. This plan was found and disrupted by Dolly, forcing Arkhan to go on the run and have his name added to The Blacklist. Currently resides in Cerberus Cage.
