Ruthless Bandit but secretly a caring one. Scar is the leader of the Bandits and is Tom's brother. When he sees Tom, he could not bring himself to kill him, knowing he was his brother. Scar has a long scar running down his face, over his eyes. He has brown hair and blue eyes. He can look like a dangerous fellow, but underneath of the years of pretending to be a Bandit is his caring personality. Because he escaped from the evil invention Wane had created by giving Wane help, he was devising a plan to fully bring Wane down to his knees. Scar is also the founder of the Rebels, a guerrilla force tasked to destroy the Bandits and the Earth Federation.
