Dr. Wane

Doctor, President of the Earth Federation. Wane N/A He hates his family name and didn't tell anyone of it. (a.k.a. Master)

Evil scientist who leads the Earth Federation. He controls everybody using his ingenious invention which controls the brain. He removes the ability to self think from the people. The Bandits are the only ones who can escape this as they work for Wane.
Wane is devious and when he talks, he talks with lots of pauses and fake kind smiles when interrogating people. You wouldn't want to see him when he is mad. He lacks the emotions others have and is jealous of others. He takes their loved ones away to inflict a heavy moral loss. He has grey hair and looks old, but despite his appearances, he is only 30 years old proving to be a worthy opponent when fighting.
