Alex becomes an actor on accident.

One day after school, some students at the All Girl Century Middle School notice acting auditions going on across the street at a dancing gym. Alex, along with some other students, skip class to participate in the auditions. Alex wanders off on her own and comes into sight of a glowing red stop sign meant to bar people from entry. Not deterred by the sign Alex enters the room to find they are recording part of a show. Unknowingly she puts on a comedic act for the live crowd and director and is hired on the spot for the new show named Horsin Around.
