Syntax
The syntax for Broken English is a monster of a mess to understand. Some sentences work like regular English, but others work like Spanish. This is not a language that can be easily learned or picked up upon. It requires near-constant interaction with a Broken English speaker and a large number of context clues in order to understand. Past tense is concurrently used with future and present tense in a confusing manner.
