Fall of the gods

Throughout the many cultures of the Diminishing Haven, there is one shared prophecy that does not differ greatly between each cultural group. It is known throughout the many many planes of reality, and despite being only a prophecy, with no guaranteed outcome this way, it is accepted not only by mortals as truth, but it is also accepted by the gods as their eventual fate.
The myth surrounding this prophecy details how the broken hierarchy will eventually fall entirely, supposedly detailing the deaths of the first line of gods, and afterwards detailing the continuing fall of each line of gods, beginning with Yotala and Aditia, and their children, dismantling the second line of gods entirely.
Furthermore, the prophecy speaks of a supposedly more powerful deity who is the cause of death for the current gods, stating that once they fall, this more powerful deity will plunge the universe and many reality planes of the diminishing haven into chaos and eventually entire destruction.
Due to being present in all cultures, it is unknown who or what discovered this prophecy and then wrote the myth surrounding it, and speculation occurs between different anthropologists in each differing culture and reality planes, in an attempt to discover who wrote the myth about the prophecy, when they wrote it, and how they discovered it.
What is known about the written myth surrounding the fall of the gods is that its ominous, cryptic, but clearly states that one day it will occur. It details which gods will fall in order, how they will fall and what the fallout and domino effect will be like. It explains where they will fall, what will happen when they are discovered to have fallen, and states clearly the cultures that will go into disarray caused by their fall, as well as those who will believe it to have been some sort of illusion, some sort of confusing godly power to prevent the gods walking the earth any longer.
Even stranger about this myth, perhaps, is the fact it is regularly rewritten. Not by any known person, and no trace of the prior myth is left on the tomes its written in, the order in which the gods fall is changed, the predicted cultural reactions are changed, and so is how each god will fall. Despite this, it is still accepted as a truth to occur one day, however with the dates the gods will fall regularly changing, it will still come as a surprise to the inhabitants of the diminishing haven, as well as to the gods themselves.
