Kabran Bloodeye
A short-statured half-orc with blood red eyes, Kabran’s most distinguishing feature is his lack of nose, covered by a bronze nosepiece which whistles softly as he breathes and occasionally leaks blood and mucus (which Kabran wipes away with a crimson handkerchief). There are rumors that he’s gathering power in order to take revenge on the sheriff of Augustana, who took his nose clean off for a long list of petty crimes and transgressions. After fleeing to the Hollow, he started The Redrocks Guild, a band of thieves and flesh-peddlers that call the Rouge Lady their home and base of operations in Falcon’s Hollow. They operate under the guise of a bar and moneylender’s union, but most of the town’s citizens are aware of their uneasy deal with the Consortium- which is the reason Sheriff Deldrin Baleson and his deputies haven’t stormed the place already.
