The iron-fisted Lord Mayor of Port Salazar. Vepiscus Maleus is a shrewd negotiator and skilled politician, a talented manipulator who is willing to go to great lengths to maintain his position of power over the Administratum and Port Salazar at large. His residence is located in the Lord Mayor's chambers inside of the Administratum building in central Port Salazar, and he is most often working from his office or walking the halls. As Lord Mayor of Port Salazar, Vepiscus also serves as the de facto commander-in-chief of the City Watch. He rarely makes public appearances, though is willing to take audience from those who can convince him of the worthiness of their causes.
