Slave Uprising of Vir'Del
Magzana Sylvaranth the Duster of Ver'Del led an uprising of slaves against the Delve Corporation leading the the death of the then leader Havin Mulrunner. This led to Havin's assistant Gort Tinwhistle taking control of the Delve Corporation.
This was done with the assistance of the deep elf Severith the Dealer for an exchange of a significant amount of Vertin Dust.
The Conflict
Prelude
Once Magzana became a duster and was freed from slavery, she took a decade to overcome her compulsive addiction to the drug form or Vertic Dust. Since then she looked for a way to shut down the Delve Corporations profiting from that avenue of addiction. This culminated in partnering with Severith to gather elixirs of restoration, potions of healing and good weapons.
The Engagement
A particularly raucous party after the a recent shipment of ale arrived from Ilroor Maror was the opportunity Magzana had been looking for. Knowing who among the slaves had the charisma to lead others on a raid against the Exchange ward of the town. Many slaves were able to escape to Ilroor Maror in the incident as well as kill the head of the Delve Corporation.
Outcome
A shift in Delve corporation leadership, an escaping of a number of slaves, and a crack down on the remainder. The town of Ilroor Maror also revised its stance to not help escaped slaves.
Aftermath
Sadly the intended shutdown of the addictive substance manufacture did not occur, and Magzana has considered leading an effort to finish the job. She does feel getting back down there might lead her to fall of the wagon and end up addicted however.
