Lun the Supplier

Lun is a halfling that runs the supply shop and bar known as The White Rabbit. He also manages the entrance to the Vaults of Joen on behalf of the local government.
The dwarves vaults of Joen were big business at one time, but disrepair, infestation and robbers have left things a mess. Publicly, Lun has a great time providing supplies and services to those adventurous that brave the vaults in search of treasure. Less well known is that he actuality financing many of the expeditions to the vaults and controls and "suggests" avenues of search. As a charismatic man, he greatly enjoys listening and lending an ear to all those who venture below and is ready to provide assistance.
The shop and bar is located in the Entrance halls of the Vaults and he daily takes down anyone who wants to go down into the main business hall of the old vaults known as the People's Hall. He has instructions on how to unlock passages to some of the vault levels. Currently it is known he has keys and information to bypass the security wards for the High Vaults, the Mausoleum, the Upper, Secure, and Lower Vaults. As Far as anyone knows he doesn't have access to the High City, Low City, The Deep Vault Security chamber, the Library or the Confidential Vaults.
He employs strict security measures to protect his shop and the entrance wards and keys are never given out. But he does give out keys the audience chambers below to allow those fleeing danger to have a safe haven to wait until his daily rounds. Those audience chambers off the People's Hall have the wards refreshed and locked replaced regularly to avoid issues.
