Structure

This is a small radio broadcast program led by Deshi and Hanna Li, based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. The two develop the show in secret, with a couple of local reporters who will come on or call in to the show. In addition numerous fans report their experiences and theories through the internet.

Public Agenda

The Truth Machine is dedicated to exposing the real motivations of those in power, who's really in power, and how to protect yourself from all the evil machinations of the world hiding in plain sight.

Assets

The Truth Machine uses a small, hidden recording studio and have a remote server that helps them maintain their website despite numerous attacks from what they purport to be secret government agencies.

History

Started in 2149, Hanna Li began a modest internet broadcast talking about the conspiracy theories that were most popular in China and Korea. In a couple years she amassed a modest following of mandarin speakers. Then she "predicted" the assassination of Chinese ex-pat and music star Ru Siu during his tour in South America. Despite evidence indicating otherwise, Li had predicted that the "global immortal rulers" who control the populace with hidden mind-controlling nanotech in popular Pepsi products would kill Siu to prevent his advertising deal with Coca-Cola.
Li's audience quadrupled overnight and soon she acquired a carefully curated team of investigators, including Deshi Li. The two have claimed no relation whatsoever since Deshi joined Hanna regularly reporting in 2153, but listeners like to guess otherwise. A couple of other regulars are heard on published shows, including Mina Park and Ty Iott (nicknamed T.T.).
Since 2154, The Truth Machine has experienced semi-regular hacks and sabotages to their emails and website. These are typically blamed on the secret government agency that Hanna Li has always touted as protecting the Immortal Overloards.
