Qualifications
Arbitration Agents must be in high standing in the Neutral Party Incorporated and have passed the necessary tests and training within their compound in order to work.
Career Progression
Any member of Neutral Party, Inc. that is over the age of 25 must first apply and then be analyzed by the algorithm based on their previous community history within the cult. Following that preliminary analysis, Arbitration Advisers (called Double A Plus) conduct an interview to go over what was found in the analysis and to assess the goals of the potential agent.
If the prospective agent passes both those tests, they are then trained in a 6 month intensive on site before finally being partnered for a low level investigation with an agent that has at least a decade of experience. A client is never told of the experience of an agent, but proper compensation is approved if any agent under-performs regardless of experience level. If an agent-in-training is able to perform 3 low level investigations in a row without compensation given to the client, they are promoted to Official Arbitration Agent. Any agent-in-training who works a case that requires compensation three times during their training, regardless of in a row or not, will be taken off the Arbitration Agent path and will not be allowed to reapply.

Payment & Reimbursement
Every member of the Neutral Party, Inc. is required to contribute to the community if they are to live on the "sacred" compound with meals and other services provided. Working as Double A is considered a worthy contribution to the commune.

Within the Neutral Party, Inc., there is a prestige for any agent who can properly represent the tenants of the belief system so adeptly as an experienced Arbitration Agent. They are highly respected on the compound. These professionals are also more likely to progress higher in leadership across multiple roles within the cult itself.

History
Arbitration Agents are essentially the origins of the Neutral Party, Incorporated, and the reason Tanner Bock expanded the invention of the Neutral Party application in the late 2030s. When his cult of personality helped him established a commune with his followers in 2049, he refined the profession as a means of supporting the commune outside of the application. With the help of the original algorithm and cultural evolution over time, the profession has changed in order to suit the period of time its in.
