Gwen is physically fit and a skilled fighter, but the energy takes a toll on her physiology, causing longterm health problems. She has a bad back injury, has dislocated her arm twice, and sprained her wrist due to combat. She is petite and curvy, with bigger breasts and a rounded face.

Gwen was a fairly normal child. She didn't have a problem in the world, and was happy. But when she got into her teen years, she noticed a shift in her body and mind. The energy that had been inside her was starting to rear it's ugly head. She doesn't know how to control it, and is terrified of what could happen next.

Education

Gwen is still in public schooling. She grew up in The Caretaker Society, and had a more private schooling experience. When she is forced to move to the Guardian Complex, her high school experience changes.

Mental Trauma

Gwen has trauma due to the way her energy works. It causes her to be in excruciating mental and physical pain. She suffers frequent panic attacks because of this, fearing that she might hurt the people around her at any given moment. She knows what she is capable of, and is terrified of what could result.

Morality & Philosophy

Gwen lives with the belief that all people are good until proven otherwise. She tries to give others the benefit of the doubt, because she knows what it's like to be wrongly judged by others. She tries to do the right thing, but has some morally grey moments. When her energy gets the best of her, she loses control and can start to do wrong and cause hurt and damage. She always feels overwhelmingly guilty afterwards however.

History

Samantha and Gwen have been best friends for as long as they can remember. They grew up next door to each other, and their families always hung out. It was a simple time, and they were two young girls living in a peaceful town. Samantha remembers the day Gwen disappeared. She was spending the night, and these men came rushing in, saying that Gwen was going to come with them. She could hear her uncle and aunt fighting to keep Gwen home, and Gwen screaming bloody murder to stay with her parents. She never saw her cousin again. Until she came back looking for answers, that is. A lot has changed since then, with Samantha learning more about The Caretaker Society's dark secrets, growing in her abilities and strength, and giving in to this dark, manipulative side she now has. But Gwen is still an optimist, and hopes that the ones who did this had good intentions. Hopefully Samantha can help her see reality, and Gwen can help her friend step back into the light.
