Elves (The Aen Seidhe)

The Elves were one of the earliest races to arrive on the continent and quickly forged their cities, they controlled the vast open plains till the arrival fo humans who pushed them into the mountains.
They hate and are resentful of humans, blaming them for a lot of the continents woes. They are considered hated in the north and equal most other places

Anatomy

Elves are Tall, thin built, with hair and pointed ears, they have a good a natural eye of beauty and have a deep magical connection to wild beasts

Genetics and Reproduction

The race is dying and as only younger elves are able to reproduce, the older members of the race are no longer able to reproduce.

Growth Rate & Stages

They are much longer lived than humans and can live for hundred of years. They become adults at the age of 82 human years.

Ecology and Habitats

They are mainly in the north based in Dol Blathanna a mountainous region of the North, they prefer the woods and plains over their current situation. They are also found in large ghettos outside of the major cities of the North
In the south they can be found living in the towns alongside humans.

Conservation Status

The elves have mostly withdrawn to the hills of Dol Blathanna in the North, they are found quite regularly in the south working alongside the people of Nilfgaard.
In the north they elder races form together into the Scoia'teal commando units, squads of Elder race warriors who conduct hit and run gorilla warfare with the humans of the North.
They are subjected to a lot of racism within the north and have been known to be burnt and persecuted by the more zealous elements of Northern Religion
