Sevoln Sfarin

Sevoln sfarin was one of the great explorers of her era; she led several of the first expeditions to Tresh, thoroughly charted parts of Yevela, and she was the first person to circumnavigate the world. She has several regions and places named after her, such as The Sfarin Sparselands in Yevela, The Straits of Sfarin separating Tresh and Omwela, and Sevolna, a large island northeast of mainland Tresh. Off her far travels and exploration, she and her brother Evala founded The Horizon Company, fostering its early rise and laying the groundwork for its far-flung colonization of many of the places she explored.

Personal history

Sevoln was born as the eldest daughter of a powerful noble-born provincial governor in The I Sarvosi Empire. She grew up during the tumultuous tail end of sarvos' supremacy in The Ascendist World. And when The Last War of Sarvos ended in a crushing defeat for her homeland, her father was the leading power sarvos's caleian territories so he was responsible for organizing their surrender. Through this Sevoln and her brother, Evala escaped execution by the Salnari for their bloodline, leaving their family as one of the last remnants of ancient Sarvosi nobility.
