Brothers and Sisters of the Eight

This order is a part of the church of the Eight Brothers yet operated outside the clergy's chain of command. These men and women were charged with maintaining balance both with the church and the Dynasty of the Eight Brothers as a whole. They operate with the intention of making sure no arms becomes out of balance. They have been known to dismantle entire sects and reorganize them into what best serves the balance within the domains of the Eight Brothers. All Brothers and Sisters of the Eight are adapt in immersing themselves in the The Confluence . Many Brothers and Sisters refer to this as channeling the Brothers of the Eight.

Structure

There are many different sections of the Brother and Sisters scattered across the domains controlled or influenced by The Eight. Each sect has a chain of command. The Grand Elder: Is the highest ranking memeber of any sect. They sit on a council comprised of eight The Grand Elder and seven other Elders. Elder: These individuals have achieved a level of balance, knowledge and skill beyond that of most Brothers or Sisters. Those who have proven themselves worthy have a chance to be elected to the Council of Elders. Brothers and Sisters: These individuals make up the core of the sect. Tasked with the training of future generations of Brothers and Sisters as well as maintaining balance within the domains. Younglings: Initiates of the Order of Brothers and Sisters they spend much of their childhood in monasteries learning the fundamentals of The Eight Brothers , The Confluence and many skills required of a Brother of Sister.
