Ancestries‏‏‎‏‏‎

  Almost forgotten among the denizens of Lorthwyn, colloquially known as Shadow Elves, these estranged kin were branded with the moniker of Dark Aelfier long ago, choosing to side with Aulreth goddess of darkness. It is said that without the light of the Aelvar to guide them, darkness and corruption crept into their hearts turning them into an abhorrent, wicked people. Like most legends, the tales surrounding the Dark Aelfier are only partly true. Whereas most Aelifer were traditionally taught spirit magic, the Dark Aelfier possessed a strong aptitude toward black magic.
