The Hierarchy of The Academies.

The Principal.

Behind a grand desk of burly oak, sits the Principal. During the lengthy days, the most important task he has to perform is to make sure that the children under the academies surveillance, are safe and sound. He manages a lot of things but makes sure that the tasks that he deems below his rank are handed over to others further down the hierarchy.

The Lectures.

The children at the academies need to be aware of the power they possess. The Lectures, often made up of old men from the entire world, are given the duty of teaching the children how to use the natures magic in a way that pleases Kior Aun Laghuun and the other Gods.

The Tamers.

The grizzly task of capturing magik sensitive children in the Periphery, are managed by the heavily armoured men making up the ranks of Tamers. The principal and the lectures oversees the final exam among the

The Zeers.

Those individuals who are deemed ill-fitted for the hard work of being a Tamer, are better suited for the mentally challenging labours of the Zeer rank. Sitting in the the dungeons with their minds focused on the magic in the air, the tamers comes to them for locations to look for sensitive children.

The Arbiters.

The lowest rank among the academies employees, are the Arbiters. Though it may seem to be a job with high honor, it is actually a job filled with disgust and hatred. As an Arbiter you'll have to be emotionally stunted and capable of the most unspeakable cruelty when you decide the fate for the children who has shown to be "difficult"
