Purpose / Function

Built as a personal laboratory and central computer system location for Austin and his many works before his demise.

Architecture

The building itself was formerly a tall, multistory tower entirely circular that comes to an abrupt point nearly 8 stories tall.
After Austin's death, the Scravengers believed it to be the source of the Crimera and tore down the upper levels, locking everything within in the first floor and basement in an attempt to keep it from being able to reach as far.

History

Built after the island was destroyed, it was used as a base of operations while Austin brought the island back into reality. A large part of it was torn down by the scavengers, before it was once again abandoned.
