Morale
An important part of the campaign is the camp, and recruiting NPCs to accomplish various tasks for them. In exchange for these jobs, the PCs are supposed to provide security and comfort.
Morale decays by 1 each day, and can decay much more (or faster) if the camp is under siege, living conditions are subpar, or if one of the NPCs die (including dispersing, it still hurts to be stabbed).
Manifestation
When morale is higher, NPCs will be more pleasant to interact with. When it’s lower, NPCs will be short-fused, viscously mocking, demanding, and generally unpleasant.
