Personal history
Oscar Navarro grew up smack dab in the middle of Mexico City. He was raised on ruthlessness and cunning. He was naturally weaker than most children, forcing him to use his wits to survive. He learned how people's minds worked and how to manipulate them. When he was dragged to the Cage by Treya, he was made a lap dog to the Earthling Coalition on Avira. Not until he witnessed George Wickett slay his former mistress, did he realize that gods could be killed. He sought out the people of New Earth and requested to join them. When he did, he proved his abilities to George, who put him as the general of their developing covert operations unit, the Panther Corps.
